Our Process

Using a Tennant T20 power scrubber we provide an efficient and environmentally friendly means of removing dirt, debris, and chemical residue from pavement. The T20 features ec-H2O Technology which oxygenates the water and creates micro bubbles to clean the parkade and parking lot surface. We also use pressure washers combined with a non-toxic cleaner to tackle the stubborn stains

The Tennant T20 cleans and then removes the dirty water residue leaving the cleaned areas safe from slipping hazards. Our method ensures all areas are thoroughly cleaned and all collected sediment and debris is removed and disposed of at an approved site.
